Effective: March 4, 2026

Updated: March 4, 2026

Version: 2026.03

This policy set is designed for EU/EEA, United Kingdom, and United States (including California).

Service Scope and Eligibility

CrossCheckAI provides AI-assisted document audit workflows. You must use the service lawfully and maintain accurate account information.

You are responsible for activities under your account and for securing your authentication credentials.

Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Pricing

Subscription plans auto-renew each billing cycle until canceled. Charges are billed in advance for each cycle.

Price changes apply prospectively. We will provide advance notice where required by applicable law.

  • Trial pass, single report, and points add-ons are one-time purchases.
  • Pro and Max subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.
  • Taxes may apply based on your billing location.

Cancellation

You can cancel subscriptions from your account interface. Default cancellation mode is end-of-current-billing-period.

After cancellation scheduling, subscription access remains available until the current period ends, unless legal requirements require earlier termination.

EU/UK Digital Content Consent

For users in EU/EEA and UK, paid digital services may begin immediately after purchase only after explicit consent to immediate performance.

Where applicable, explicit acknowledgment of withdrawal-right waiver is collected before immediate service activation.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund eligibility is defined in the Refund Policy and may vary by product type and jurisdiction.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must independently review outputs before relying on them.

You retain responsibility for publication, compliance, and professional decisions based on service outputs.

Liability and Mandatory Rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights granted by your local law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's principal place of business, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.

Before formal disputes, both parties should first contact support in good faith to seek an operational resolution. Consumers may also use local statutory complaint channels where available.
